Daisuke lived a pretty normal life, or at least what he considered as somewhat normal since he had to do things that he was pretty sure other people didn't normally do, both pureblood and not. He kept up his training until he was seven years old. When he was seven and was finally sent to Mahoutokoro to start learning the world of magic a little better and when he was at home he would continue his training of locking, picking and avoiding traps among other things.
When he was eleven he was finally allowed to stay at the school. It was then his family let him in on a little secret. His family had a history of being art thieves on his mothers side. Magical art thieves. They didn't go into detail as to why they do this, but only explained that the art they steal can be dangerous if placed in the wrong hands.
Daisuke didn't want to do such a things, but soon found that his mother did not make it easy for him to disagree as she sent out notes to places he was meant to hit using the alias 'Dark'. So when he could, he would sneak out of the dorms in order to do what he had to. Stealing many an art over the next three years all over Japan. Soon his mother surprised him by saying they were moving to England for a reason... There was art that needed to be stolen.
So Daisuke soon found himself moving to England and being placed on Hogwarts.
